1. The Legal Binding Agreement

4. Prize Redemption & 1x Playthrough Rules

6. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of Modo Casino shall be resolved via binding individual arbitration administered under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court. You agree to waive any right to initiate or join class-action litigation against Modo Casino.
